info
With a strong background as a Script Supervisor and Production Assistant, I have an excellent track record in international film and television production, as well as in communications in the broadcast media and arts sectors. I am currently based in Adelaide in South Australia, having previously worked in Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne and Sydney in Australia, Auckland and Wellington in New Zealand, Munich and Berlin in Germany, South Carolina in the USA and London in the UK.

Please also check out my profile on IMDB.
My specialties include: on-set continuity / script supervision, script timing, script breakdowns, script mark-ups, assistant directing, film scheduling, short film producing, creative writing, script editing, script consulting, mentoring of emerging script supervisors and continuity people, cast chaperoning / cast assistance / PA work, running, production assistance, designing social media campaigns, copywriting, PR, research, troubleshooting, brand management, relationship management, teaching and networking. I have worked on live action drama, documentary, live action puppetry and stop motion animation productions. I am fluent in both English and German.
In 2020, "The Cochrane Files" - a short film that I wrote, directed and produced for the 2017 Australian College of Midwives (ACM) National Conference on behalf of ACM Student Members - was named as one of 12 finalists in the category Films About Nurses and Midwives at the World Health Organisation’s inaugural Health For All Film Festival.

In 2012, I was the proud recipient of the Australian German Association - Goethe Institut Fellowship, an annual scholarship that enables one young German-speaking Australian to travel to Germany for 3 months to undertake an intensive language course as well as an independent research project. With my interest and background in film production, I conducted research into the domestic box office fortunes of the German film industry. My final Fellowship research paper, "Looking at "The Lives Of Others": How the German film industry transformed its domestic box office fortunes", was published in late 2013 and can now be read online in full here. A podcast of my bilingual interview on SBS Radio's German language program, regarding my Australian German Association - Goethe Institut Fellowship research, can be listened to here, and a podcast of my bilingual interview about my own work in the film industry and the different roles that crew members have on a film set can be listened to here.

Apart from my film and TV production work, I am a fully qualified Registered Midwife. In addition to a standard First Aid certificate, I hold a certificates in Neonatal Resuscitation. I am qualified and available to work as a Script Consultant and on-set Midwifery Consultant on drama scripts involving depictions of pregnancy, labour and birth, breastfeeding and midwifery.
